All items must be clean, well-maintained, and retail-ready.

The Consignment Process - Furniture & Home Decor

1. Apply
   Complete the consignment form below with item details.

2. For furniture and home decor, submit photos and info to ubvboutique@gmail.com
   Photos allow us to evaluate fit, quality, and alignment with the boutique.

3. Drop-Off 
   Fashion can simply be brought in during a prearranged time (email ubvboutique@gmail.com to arrange.) Furniture and Home Decor need to be pre-approved and then dropped off during an agreed upon date and time (and location.)

4. Curated Placement
   Items are styled, priced, and merchandised by the Una Bella Vita team.

The Consignment Process - Women's Fashion & Accessories

​

1. Please complete application below and then bring your items to Una Bella Vita Boutique on date and time agreed upon (see form below.) All submissions are evaluated in person to ensure they align with our aesthetic and quality standards. Acceptance is selective, and not all items will be approved for consignment.

2. Our team will handle pricing, merchandising, tagging and placement to ensure your pieces are presented beautifully within the boutique.

What We Accept:

​

• High-style women’s fashion

• Boutique, designer, and statement clothing

• New or gently worn items in excellent condition

• Jewelry (fashion and fine)

• Handbags, purses, and bags

• Scarves, belts, and select fashion accessories

• Pieces that reflect quality craftsmanship, timeless style, and a polished aesthetic

 

What We Do Not Accept:

​

• Fast fashion or mass-market brands

• Items with visible wear, stains, odours, pet hair or damage

• Outdated or heavily worn styles

• Counterfeit or replica items

• Items requiring repair, cleaning, or alteration

• Overly casual, novelty, or costume-quality pieces

• Wedding dresses, undergarments, swimwear, pajamas, maternity wear

 

Commission Structure

• Standard Consignment:
  40% to Consignor / 60% to Boutique

• Boutique Members:
  50% to Consignor / 50% to Boutique

 

Commission is calculated on the final selling price.

 

Important Considerations

​

• Acceptance is selective; submission does not guarantee placement.

• Pricing, placement, styling, promotions, and markdowns are determined solely by Una Bella Vita Boutique.

• Items remain on the sales floor for the agreed consignment period.

• Unsold items must be retrieved by the consignor within the stated timeframe.

• The boutique is not responsible for normal wear due to customer handling.

• Items may be sold at any of our 3 locations
