Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.

No returns or refunds.

Saying that, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a quality issue,
please reach out to us.

Note: For a quality issue return/exchange, the unused item must be returned
in its original packaging, uninstalled, in perfect condition.

All exchanges must be approved by our Administration Team
within 24 hours of purchase to be applicable for an exchange.

They are considered a final sale.

In the unlikely event that there is an imperfection or damage,
please send us photographs of the issue and packaging before the item
was opened and photos of the damage within 24 hours
and we will look into replacing your products
or offering a discount or other solution (at our discretion,) according to the situation.
